While that sounds fun watching outside the car is even better. It really helps you capture the machinery in action.
MEP, how did you get to where you are now? I am currently browsing jobs at some washes near me and want to go from there.
He has I’m sure, but just SEEING it doesn’t help anything. I’ve seen both CAT and HydraCell pumps up close but since I’ve never actually worked with them I don’t have a strong opinion.
Didn't I tell you to be careful about making recommendations? We're talking about things that are in the equipment room and not something you always get to see. Unless you are giving an opinion from the perspective of a customer (and being honest) on things easily seen, stay out of this stuff

I see exactly what you mean. I've never drove myself through one but part of that is because I don't feel comfortable doing so.
As someone who is very passionate about car washes, I know operators who use feedback from myself and others to improve the customer experience. I am Autistic so I...
Hi everyone!
As someone who is passionate about the car wash industry I thought I'd share this video I made for my YouTube Channel "Car Wash Features" a little while back.
This features all pre-set messages on a Ryko CMD. Keep in mind that my CMD runs off of Revision H.

Currently I...

Even though I have been shown...
I don't own a 5000, you are completely right :p. it's not a good idea for me to recommend anything I haven't had experience with either hence why I keep my mouth shut on advice (I am basically on here to read what others have to say and learn from others, as well as ask questions)
I don't want...
For anyone who currently or formerly owns/operates a D&S Odyssey or anyone with experience on them:
Whats your overall opinion on the system? I’ve seen them out in the field once and I noticed how rough it was on the car going through, also have heard the top brush is pressure sensitive so what...
I see where you are coming from with drive through arches, especially soap. We’re talking about expensive equipment that could be potentially ran into if instructions aren’t followed (wipers).
pretty dependable system, although a lot of them seem to reach the end of their life around this point. What do the customers think of it? Does it get the job done well? Old systems can last a long time as long as care is put into them
Update: With the other location owned by the same person having a Southern Pride Turbo, and the SS equipment here being Southern Pride, I have discovered from an old advertisement that this is a Southern Pride Fast Tracker Adjustable Wash.
