I've had this problem several times. I called every tow company in the book and finally found one that would do a "private tow". I don't have any signs posted, but they don't care. They are usually on site within one hour.

I use a high end (cannot remember what kind) color camera. I set it to black and white. At night it looks like an x-ray. Everything dark is light and everything light is dark. We get about 80% of partial to total tags.
