I saw this on ALL our lasers with the ABB drive. It never caused an issue for us.
I know that does not answer your question ,but you should operate alright.
Maybe Kris ,or Mike ,from PDQ , can weigh in ,and better answer your question ,but as I stated ,all the ABB's we had, did what you...
Sorry for the questions..
What pass does it happen on? your 90 degree swival may be the problem.. i have had that swival bind up ,and cause arch rotate issues
Does it every not turn at all?
I have seen a broken motor shaft cause it to only turn a little bit..It will normally finally brake...
Your boom is tying up. basically one pipe crosses another(usually from having the trolley in the middle of the bay ,and moving the bridge back and forth ,or moving the trolley left ,and right when the bridge is located over the middle beam)
there can be many reasons for this to happen.

I PMed you our company info. The pager company just needed some information from our phone carrier to make it work. It really was not to big a deal, have them contact our people ,and maybe they can help.
A few years ago we went to the pager company ,and explained we wanted the laser codes sent to our phones as a text message. They did it fairly easily, they just needed some information from our phone carrier, and we have not had the pager since.
Both of the positions that it is over rotating, has one thing in common. X15 must come on. you may also want to revisit ,x15 cable ,prox ,or position in the green festoon. Just throwing that out there.
100 enter 3 enter. check temps to make sure your sensors are working.
look at output y45 ,and see if the led goes on and off. If it is you may not be getting power to the solenoid. little relay could be bad ,or bad connection to solenoid valve.
Temp is low enough to run constantly.
i agree...If this is not a new problem..just shade the eye as others have stated..bothd trans, and rec can be affected by direct sun light.
All brands of eyes. one is a transmitter, the other is a receiver..the cables will land at an amp.
Loosen the black cap,and slide the eyes back into the cover a little, that may to help shade the eye.
Your eyes look like carlos eyes. the transmitter is the one with the gray cable, the receiver is the one with a black cable. Just switch the eyes, leave the enclosures alone. The "beam" is fairly...
thanks for the reply.I did not know that. I have already made one repair because of the pitting of the tank,it was leaking right out the middle of the tank, into the control area.
I may check into sending it in, not sure yet. I made it into a vac only for now. I still have 2other shampooers...
I have BDs on all our autos. basically the work like this. Temp fall = blow. when the enter wash sign ,or stop sign goes off ,wait then blow.
I use a thermostat with off set so that I can set if the temp hovers around the turn on temp ,it will not be blowing every 3 min.
I use the enter...
We have some JC shampooers all 12 years old or so,and the stainless tank is leaking into the vac collection area. We always make our own repairs, but this one looks like it would require a replacement tank.
Where it is leaking, we have no acess to ,so that we could weld it. Also the tank looks...
Did you rebuild it with a new oring ,and retainer. I would also wonder where silver of metal came from.
Though not your problem check valves on your overhead manifold(hp) can be leaking and putting pressure on your injecter,i always check by removing the chemical line, and turning on the hp...
Sorry missed your first post. we are running 19 of these machines now. Feel free to PM and I would be glad to speak with you.
Great company to work with. No doubt!!!
we have 19 autos, all are set to the exit. No issues. Small cars will cause your boom to swing hard, but as I stated we have not to many issues.
If you place the flag to the entrance end ,the arm may go wide at the rearof the vehicle.
You may try moving it,and sliding it all the way towards...
I have had this happen. you are getting to many pulses from the x30 to the VT board ,throwing off the count. once it ended up being the festoon cable. the other time it was a loose connection to the interposing relay.
Put the VT board in position 3 , put the trolley in position on the drivers...
