Make sure you have the latest software for the VT ,and your A5000 controller.
Be sure your trolley is not coasting on high pressure
If you have break away T bars ….. Move the T bar to the outside of the bridge frame (same side as the tire). Just loosen the big bolt on the break away, and...
We have a number of 6 membrane systems. 3 are feed out of the reject from the other 3. I would assume they are that way because of the pump capacity, and/or water savings. The 3 being feed on reject do not foul any sooner (at least in my experience with the bigger units)
As mep stated the brine...
Feed: Just add a T to the first membrane ,and then run a line from the T to the second membrane. Make sure the flow on both membranes run the same way. Then repeat for the product (to tank) ,and reject.
You could also take the reject from the first membrane ,use it to feed the second membrane...
I knew an operator who shut his floor heat down during a cold snap (well below freezing), and his floors did heave. I do remember he only had doors on one side.

BTW I may have a used mitsibushi VFD laying around ,if you can not find the part.. Just PM me if you cant
That's your expansion tank. Don't hook up there.
Our system is a multi zone system, and I will isolate the run,and install our air on one side of our teco pump, and put a gauge on the return line. I like to do this when doing a large pour.
If you have run the pump, and you only need to do a...
I have had to repair a few over the years. I like to use stainless repair couplings(takes 2 per line).
Chisel out enough to slip the repair fitting over each end of the line. Cut a piece of tubing to run between both ends ,and tighten down the fittings(they are compression type fittings.

The dixmor dryer timer is for display only. It has 2 dials. the first dial sets the seconds x10,and the second dial sets seconds x1. So basically if you set the first dial to 6 ,and the second to 3 ,it would time for 63 seconds.
