Over length front fault. Front eyes are getting blocked. Try changing sheer pin first, after that need to look at front eyes. Other cause maybe backup loading eye not working correctly and vehicle getting to far ahead.
The "stop" eyes are blocked. More then likely a faulty sensor, other possibilities.... Bad cable, lose cable, bad connection lose wire back to JO. Been a while since we had any VTs, but when we did it was usually one of the sensors on wall.
I would assume so, we use mostly GC on our systems, and when we have intalled incorrectly do have issues. Most solenoids will have an in and out, usually one side will be marked for direction
White lithium works well. Stay away from chain lube type products, they just collect dirt.
We also just spray down the rollers, and not the track. They seem to attract dirt, causing the rollers not to move smoothly. Many operators just spray the whole track, just needs to be cleaned more IMHO...

I've seen broken...

Look in the end plate where the conduit goes into the rails normally on entrance end. You will have wire connections there. Sometimes just a wire connection is fried and will need to be redone.
If they all look good you will need to determine if voltage is present, use a hot stick. It is high...
The wash in use is on because something in the bay is delaying the Plc from performing a complete start up test. You already know this.
100 enter 1 enter will tell you the wash status. Have you looked at that during long please wait.. Will show something like "wait wheel well" "wait eyes...
