LW4000 sprays soap, arm never moves

Over length front fault. Front eyes are getting blocked. Try changing sheer pin first, after that need to look at front eyes. Other cause maybe backup loading eye not working correctly and vehicle getting to far ahead.

JC combo vac transformer keeps going out

I added a fuse on the transformer 24 volt side on all our JC combos, as CFCW had advised above. Not sure why JC didn't do this originally.

Auto Fault Start Wheel Well Fault won't clear from JO Box

The "stop" eyes are blocked. More then likely a faulty sensor, other possibilities.... Bad cable, lose cable, bad connection lose wire back to JO. Been a while since we had any VTs, but when we did it was usually one of the sensors on wall.

    soap solenoid

I would assume so, we use mostly GC on our systems, and when we have intalled incorrectly do have issues. Most solenoids will have an in and out, usually one side will be marked for direction

    Hight Velocity

White lithium works well. Stay away from chain lube type products, they just collect dirt. We also just spray down the rollers, and not the track. They seem to attract dirt, causing the rollers not to move smoothly. Many operators just spray the whole track, just needs to be cleaned more IMHO...

    Hight Velocity

Sounds like your rollers just were running dry. I've seen that exact same thing happen a number of times when I worked for a distributor many many years ago. I can offer up some advice of what we do for PM. Every two weeks 3 to 4 pumps until grease comes out, then we just wipe the access...

Make sure all your rollers are getting grease, or tires aren't over inflated. From there you may need to pull tires and manually push it up one down rails, checking that it rolls nice, and that the rail is true and straight. Make sure none of your bolts or rods are not broken. I've seen broken...

    LW4000 rail heat help

Look in the end plate where the conduit goes into the rails normally on entrance end. You will have wire connections there. Sometimes just a wire connection is fried and will need to be redone. If they all look good you will need to determine if voltage is present, use a hot stick. It is high...

LW4000 "Wash In Use" Sign issues.

The wash in use is on because something in the bay is delaying the Plc from performing a complete start up test. You already know this. 100 enter 1 enter will tell you the wash status. Have you looked at that during long please wait.. Will show something like "wait wheel well" "wait eyes...
