We have rowes in our automatic tellers. just the other day one of them returned to many dollar coins.. the teller shut down the hopper and we were notified by text of a hopper problem..
As I am replacing the sensor on the rowe a guy pulls up ,and returns the extra coins he received.. I thank...
After the sheer pin check the photo eyes ,by turning on output y40 ,and slowly turning down the amp ,up in the J3 . The red and amber lights should stay on until you reach 2 or lower.
Also make sure the photo eyes are clean on your t bar
other causes would be that the input for the stop,or...
I use the following company for all our oring needs..Years ago we were going through a bunch of orings , I sent them all our MSDS sheets ,and they recommended the vitron extreme line to us(works really well with Rainx). Don't tell anyone ;);)

The oring inside the injector nozzle size is 008. the other oring around the base is a 012. Viton is the standard material. some of the other materials of orings will stand up to chemicals better ,but if your orings are lasting a year and a half ,go with vition....
I would check the voltage when you hear it pop. check it on the output y20. If you are geeting power change the relay. If not..
The mac valve has a little white button on the side of it,if you push it your valve will pop over..there could be something going on there also. You may have a button...
Have you changes the sheer pin. Usually that is the first thing to check.
Next I would check the sensativity of the front eyes..An easy test is to turn on the output for the front eyes , open J3 then begin to slowly turn down the amp until the yellow ,and red lights go off. Good eyes should go...
I dont know much about JC systems ,but if water is flowing through the system without the pump running ,a solenoid on the water line feeding the unit is stuck open.
Either your porotcol needs to be corrected in the ACW ,or
The system option number needs to be changed in your LW controller ,or
wiring from the J0 to the ACW is incorrect.
Best thing to do maybe to contact the guys at PDQ ,and let them walk you through the steps to correct it
I am assuming...
There is a little yellow 110 volt relay in your j0 box(where all the controls are).
The relay is powered from output y10 ,and when the relay makes it sends a signal through the relay to your VT input connector. The signal is 24dc+
On your vt board the wire is #5 ,on the lower right group of...
If it is stopping ,and turning into the car at the rear the x25 prox(front limit) would be the first thing to check.
If it moves down the car a little then turns it could be x25 ,or the front input X21 is coming on to soon.
I would try X25 prox ,and or cable first.
AS a side note ,when ever...
