All, I have a hamilton dual bill changer. One of the hoppers will dispense 1 extra quarter when changing a bill ($1=5qtrs, $5=21qtrs etc.) the problem follows whichever changer I put the problem hopper in. Hopper part# 11-0100 -I already replaced the counter switch, same issue -error light...

If they actually have power and work otherwise, make sure your socket is clean and corrosion free. It’s a rough environment up there and I’ve had bulbs not work due to oxidized/dirty sockets a few times

How do I meter flow? I know the rated gpm for the automatics high pressure pumps. I can probably find the RO’s, but how do I ballpark the hydrominders?
