I do, i have a couple of guys but because there is a shortage they are typically very busy.
What do you have maybe we can help you through the forum. I am in ft worth I might be able to talk you through some issues.
Those machines are fairly easy to work on. Also they have a rep in this site that has been very helpful to me on my machine. Post any issue maybe their rep will answer here or someone else can pitch in for help
I was in a similar situation with my first wash. Foreclosure sitting on an acre of land with frontage on a busy road but not as busy as yours. Long story short and 5 car washes later, yes I bought more after the first one, I found them to be very profitable if managed and run correctly...

Welcome to the industry. I will saying jumping into it with 4 right away is a huge step, I hope you did your research and know what you are getting into because this isn't just go by and collect the money like some would want you to believe.
As far as getting these washes performing...
Mep you saying run a ¼ bit into the lock correct?
My keys go into the lock it just won't release to turn and pull the plug out. I tried several keys I have with no luck. Let me know on the ¼ bit so I can try that before drilling it completely
Thanks
I have Kleenrite bay doors with Medco plug locks. Someone tried to tamper with one of the locks and of course I can't get it open. Who has or knows the tips to drill these suckered before I start burning up the bits....thanks!

Don't know if I responded but hell yeah I took a vacation.....I took 3 actually each a week long. The car washes will be there and their problems I have to step away to recharge from the washes and other businesses

The output goes to the hot water tank behind the...
I'm up at my washes anywhere from 20% to 37% from finally listening to this forum and raising prices.
I have 4 washes (5 ss + 1 IBA, 6 ss, 4 ss, 4 ss)
Last two 4 bay ss are complete remodels. One I just reopened and business is great out of the gate. Second one should be a 2022 1st qtr...
I'm in TX as well. With these temps I learned it's not worth it. Close the the ss and ibas down. Ss I pulled the Hp guns so as to have zero restrictions on the weep and let it run onto the floor.
My iba (ryko softgloss) I shut the water off and purged the lines. No weep system can handle this...
I've used both quick books and quicken
Quicken is a lot simpler in my opinion and does more than enough. I used quick books bc we use it in my other businesses but seemed like an over kill for a car wash
