Greg Psi is set at 1200 and the pumps and unloaders are running fine when they pull the triggers or don't pull the triggers. Yes some wands customer are leaving bent over half way out of the wand holder.

I just switched to the same product and haven't had an issue. I do have foam generators and it foams great. I've already used up 3 or 4 buckets of the product with no issues on any of them.

If it is a class A company I would do a land lease for 25 years and 5 year escalation clauses tied to CPI or Prime Interest rate. Triple net of course and be done with it. If not them I would list if for lease under the conditions above and just collect mailbox money.
