Damn I never got to meet the guy but had DM'ed him more than a few times on things and he was always so helpful. The guy had a wealth of knowledge and I swear he ate, slept, and talked car washing. Definitely miss you on here MEP rest in peace and my prayers to your loved ones for peace during...
Going on 9 years now. Got into because my hobby is investing in real estate and I always enjoyed and took pride in washing my car. It isn't my full time job though but I do love it.
I see it as a hobby/investment....and have yet to find something else with better returns. I've owned raw land...
Yeah it's possible but not very common. Typically land leases are part of a financing move to raise capital after the initial project is complete. When you refer to car washes do you mean ss or tunnels? Here in Fort Worth area there is only 1 car wash that operates on a lease all other are owned...
Over leveraged sounds like the previous owner over paid which means the bank is going to want to try to recoup as much of that over paid price. I've seen this a few times where bankers think bc they lend on a property that's what it's worth.

Okay so checked this morning and the plug is as good as new so that isn't the issue.
Per the diagram the white and black wire is the cc wire and I did find it like this...see picture.
I think I found the culprit or at least I hope I did. I put a wire nut on it and zip tied back and away for...
Thanks Randy I was thinking that would be my next step as well. What I don't understand though let's say it is the coin acceptor why does the timer start counting up?
So I have 1 bay that turns on and starts counting up. I have LED 7 timers and no credit cards...yet. so why it starts counting up is besides me. I have had it start adding credits as if someone was putting in qtrs but not randomly counting up.
I pulled up to the wash and bay #1 timer was...
