It should not be red out of the wand....Tell him to get his lazy ass out there and check it.....And make sure you are dealing with a rep that not only sells to car washes but actually knows the back room and how to set one up (Chemically).....Also if you want to stay with powders ask him about...- Mr.Aap

Not for as bad as he said it is....If its getting worse...There is not a product thats going to help...On another note using self-leveling joint sealant..If its not perfectly level this particular product will pool at the lowest point which makes for a messy situation....- Mr.Aap
