Etowah does have a nice system, but damn, how much more could it cost them to add a cut off valve on the discharge of the tank? Sure would make it so much easier servicing the filter, pump and solenoid bank.
If I'm not mistaken, on a 12 position rotary switch, they have letters instead of numbers. L1 L2 and L3 should be jumped together with the timed load wire hooking to them. Like Greg said, hooking up another timer that you know is working, will at least eliminate it as being the problem.
