might want to try it... I only own 5 car washes, but what do i know...
I bought a car wash that was using them. I switched everything over to my stuff, so it was all standardized. But it seemed to clean well, and from what i could tell they were price competitive. (Not sure it will be as competitive as mixing your own soap as you do :)
I will say that the old...
I run wide with high gallons. Check the GPM total of the nozzles on your IBA, then go 10 GPM more on your undercarriage (assuming you are using the same pump for both.) Less wear and tear on your pump, less pressure going underneath the cars knocking stuff loose.
I've been running Sage Microsystems for about 15 years. I have 4 stores now. I like it alot. However, they just got bought out by DRB and their response on the service side has been suspect for a couple of months. I would go with Sage assuming they are able to right the ship on the service...
I also forgot to mention that sometimes i'll get debris in the teflon ball and spring which will slow down or stop the 203b from working until i fix it.
I've used Kleen rite and Blendco both, but right now i'm using kleen rite. Like i said above i'm only messing with it about 3 times every 2...
Ok guys talk me off the ledge.
I'm a bit of a perfectionist in that I like to build things that don't break/need maintenance. I have the standard 403b dema injector off of a KIP solenoid tree. My water is boosted by a pump. Between the pressure and flow issues, the gumming of the solenoid...
Its not hard to wire up Cat5 or 6 to be used as regular phone line... you can do some googling, or the electrician/phone guys can do it for you
I would install highspeed on both paystations and one DAN and cut your CC processing down to 1 or 2 seconds. I have a modem at one wash and DAN's at 3...
I used to have the same problem... then I ran this in the few problematic situations

then I got too busy and started having my employees switch...
Commercial insurance is "use it and lose it"... even if they don't drop you, they will raise your rates enough to pay themselves back for your claim.
My advice is only use your insurance for "catastrophic" claims that would bankrupt you otherwise, or at least would feel like it. If you can...
Try changing just the air supply check valve (the little brass hose barb thingy the air goes into on the pump) its possible just that is bad (or has some debris in it)
The only flojets i've replaced in 10 years were mounted above their supply tank, once i relocated those particular ones to...
I've reported before, but in my SS/IBA with my hamilton DAN system I am getting below 3% using e-xact and costco/elavon. I'm confident i'm doing the math right.
I have since added cryptopay at 3 of my sites just on the vacuums (way easier than switching timers and running wires) but to offset...

I've done what mep has said at 2 different washes of mine on Coleman canopies, except I just installed 2-4' bulbs the length of the 8' canopy (as opposed to 4 which would replicate the 2 -8') ... they give out plenty of light...
They make a conversion kit to turn the 8' fixture into 2- 4' one...
Lol... no, I knew they were 3 motors, I just didn’t notice that the 3rd hole was drilled until we replaced a motor that covered the hole. Usually my guys test the vacs weekly and do it themselves if they notice something is off, so I’m practically never in there.
Although funny side note: I...
I literally just bought 3 shampoo oval vacs with 3 motors for $2500 total and am going to have my guys re-sticker them, get new domes, make sure everything works then put cryptopay on them and put them at a wash i bought a couple years ago and bill them as brand new (and charge a higher price...
