Does your state require the EIN for the LLC to set it up. Illinois does not. Illinois also dos not need info for members to set the LLC- Only Manager info and both of those could change over time.

Don't know about your state - But in Illinois the state fling to create an LLC or Corporation does not require a taxpayer ID # or info concerning members or shareholders.

SS Happy with Cherry Blossom FB, Just Peachy Wax, Kleen White engine and Wheel, Use their low PH product for both HP and PS. Stopped using their SS Pre Soak and HP soap due to gelling issues. IMO the SS Products need to be milder than IBA so customers won't do something stupid.

They have mechs that take higher prices but don't fit the old door so, if you replace the Mech you have to replace the door - Not economically practical at that point you mas as well upgrade to electronic Lorel machines if that makes financial sense.
