OK, lets start at the beginning. Check the wax tank hydrominder to make sure that you have wax coming into the mixing tank. Next, enegize the wax solenoid by going to "forced outputs" check the voltage at the solenoid valve. You should have 24v there. Then remove the tube at the discharge side...
Yes, we are looking at Nuform and Royal building systems for the walls. Also , looking at Ginsan meter boxes w/gs-400 timers, Mars $1 & 5 acceptors, Sensotron coin acceptors.
Doug made me an offer that is hard to refuse.
Yes, if the wax solenoid valve at the bottom of the main pump frame is leaking, it will seep into the main tank. To check this valve, disconnect the discharge side (the top connection of the valve) of the solenoid valve. There should be no wax coming out. If there is, the valve may have debris...
I do have some photos...on my iphone. Bill, is there a way I can maybe text message the pics to you and you can post them or do I need to download them and email them to you?
On the upside..washme1 is correct, I get to rebuild and do some upgrades. I would like to put in new meter boxes with...
I was in Dodge City, Ks last week and while there I get a call at 5:00 am from the police where my car wash is ,(Seabrook, TX) They tell me someone has crashed into my car wash and they need someone out there ASAP. I call my partner and he goes to meet the police at the car wash. Turns out some...
If in fact, you are getting wax in your undercarriage it can only be coming from one place, the wax solenoid valve at the bottom of the main pump stand. Either it is letting wax inject into the main pump or it is allowing wax to seep into the break tank.
Earl, kleen rite has a high pressure solenoid valve that I have used with good results and long lasting. Part no SOD458P24. It is also available with a 120vac coil.
Pinky, there are 3 Millenniums in Dodge City, 2 in Garden City, 2 in Hutchinson, 1 or 2 in Liberal. Most of these I installed. Maybe one of the owners there has a program flash drive they will let you borrow. I may have one in my stash of stuff...I will look to see what I have. I may be able to...
Water containment is not the only issue. What do you do with the water once the containment vessel is full and its still early in the day?
Bikini washes have been done many times before and none that I know of are still around.
People in Vegas are there to gamble and see shows...not to wash...
It is my understanding that the crankcase oil seals are there to keep the oil in, not to keep water out. Am I wrong about that? Seems to me that water is getting past the plungers.
I had a local restaurant owner park his truck advertising his eatery on my lot (vacant lot adjoining my carwash) I asked him to remove it or at least pay something for parking there.
He told me its a free country and he could park his truck anywhere he wanted to, and would not move it. I said...
Stainless steel tubing it the way to go. I use 3/8" tubing for the self serv bays, 1/2"for the auto undercarriage and 3/4" tubing for the auto high pressure. SS tubing is fairly easy to work with and can be bent with tubing benders easily and cut with a standard tubing cutter.
I have been saying for years now that alternative form of energy are a hoax on society. Wind farms are at best 30% efficient...what do they use for the other 70%? coal fired generator plants. And where do we get the energy to charge those stupid electric cars? coal fired generator...
mr wash, it is fairly easy to figure out what goes where...If you want to call me, I can walk you through the set up. Do you have a water softener?, RO system?, etc.
I think you can get my email and phone no. here, if not let me know and I will send them to you.
I'm not sure as to what you are looking for. The SSA doesn't have any copper pipes in it. Are you talking about feed lines to the break tank (tank that supplies water to the main pump), chemical tanks, water softener, spot free system? Please explain and I can help you.
