Regardless of the temp you set your heater at, it is instantly hot to that temp. I set mine at about 100, so as not to let anyone get burned or scalded. Customers are happy with the hot water.
John, no...no issues with low demand, as the demand for water passes thru the tankless, it fires up immediately and makes hot water. Didn't have to do anything special, had a large enough gas supply, just plumed from the old boiler to the new heaters and haven't had to do anything else. Freed up...
John, I took my boiler out years ago and replaced it with 2 of the tankless heaters you reference. I use hot water for all the HP functions in 5 s.s. bays and the presoak for the auto. Best thing I ever did and it saves me a binch on the gas bill.Neverrun out of hot water, even on the busiest of...
Re; MEP001, that's one way to do it. You will not damage or harm the motor by applying torque to the nut. One thing you will find out is even if you do get the nut off, you will still have a problem getting the wheel off. When it is time to change wheels, I find it saves a lot of work and...
After getting the contractor I wanted, and getting a few upgrades, we are now back in business...just in time for the Fall rush...I hope. Everything is working fine and you can't tell that there has ever been any damage to the building except that it looks a little newer. Had the whole place...
Pinky.\, no, unfortunately Specialty is not in business any longer although I can still get parts and do repairs on the equipment. How is your Millennium in Dodge City running after we did the repairs on it?
I seriously doubt that you can get any kind of decent reclaim system for only $15k. Keep in mind that you will need to do extensive ground work to install the tanks. Also, a 1 year payback seems a little (lot) optimistic unless your water rates are astronomical. I'd do a little more...
Mac, I would love to come to work with you as a service tech...the only problem(s)...I'm too old, require too high of a salary, don't want to leave Texas. Other than that...I'm your guy.
MEP, you know what they call people that drink Coke thru a straw?....
Paul, as soon as I find out who it is, I will let you know, then we can both slap the s&)t out of them.
This has nothing to do with anything, just wanted to rant a little bit.
You know those half round ice cubes that are made by your refrigerator? Well, I'd like to smack the s&)t out of the guy (or gal) that invented those. They are the biggest pain in the a$$ that was ever made. You try to drink...
Update. Royal Building Systems is now Nuform building..one and the same. The insurance adjuster turned down my GC's first bid and now wants to send out another GC. My guy was about $20,000.00 over her spec. I don't know where she got her information from, but I think she is lowballing me to...
Reds, when applying the new door decal, spray it with Windex or similar product. Then you can apply the decal and move it around until you get it in the right position. Wipe it down with a small squeegee or towel and let it dry. Don't over spray it and don't take all day doing this.
This administrations destruction of our Constitutional rights will only stop when "WE the People" take a stand. Get involved, demonstrate...peacefully, contact your reps, and VOTE!!!
I've said this before..."I think, therefore I vote...conservative"
