My Hamilton ACW 4's have been in the sun/rain for 30 years and still run great.
I'm not sure why you think you need to "protect" your pay stations.
I wouldn't worry about shielding the rain for the customers.
I don't know about your place, but when it rains....I don't have many.......
After 30 years in the business......I don't see a nickels worth of difference between having those dome lights work or not. I quit fixing them years ago.
My lot is well lit (and clean).....and that's what really matters......

On sale, about 16 bucks....
I'm not sure about your demographics.
You aren't going to get rich selling snacks and cold drinks at a car wash (in my opinion).
I have an old AMS 39 vendor (Old Shurvend system, which isn't around anymore). The ONLY reason I have the vendor.....is to vend discounted Hamilton Tokenotes while...
This is what I've used for years. Rebuildable with new diaphragms etc. I had a hard time finding these just now. Are they discontinued?
Hypro - Pulsation Dampener - 6 gpm max. (1/2" Mounting Port, 200 psi p – Steve Regan Company
Kleen rite used to have rebuildable dampers. I don't see them on their website presently. I think they were made my hypro. They have replaceable diaphragms.
I also use pulsation hoses like these.
Pulsation...
In thirty years in this business, I've never seen this.
I have a single Cat 1010 that supplies my spot free water to my 3 Self Serve bays via 3 solenoids.
I noticed that the pump sounded slightly rougher than normal. The output (and also bypass) hose was pulsating somewhat. I brushed my arm...
Ditto the belt guards on the motors/pumps..... It wouldn't be far fetched to "trip" and fall, and then lose some fingers.
Also, get a decent air compressor. That Husky from Lowe's will fail you at the worst time. (You can plumb it in as a backup....)
Consider a Quincy, or Champion. They're...
I've been using the Arcadian products, happily, for 25+ years.
Titanium 1 and 2 have been my touchless chemicals for the same amount of time.
I purchase the Titanium in 55 gallon barrels. Every thing else in 5 gallon pails.
I'm in PA, and my last large order had 3-55 gallon barrels, and 13-5...
Looks like a Fleck head.
The head simply "fluffs" the carbon in the tank by backwashing.
Set the head to Backwash twice a week (Tuesday and Friday nights at 2am) for 20 minutes or so....and you'll likely be good to go.
BTW, you should have a "cutout" which turns your RO OFF while in...
Look familiar?

I've had the wash almost 30 years. I left "Super Wash" after about 4 years. They didn't like the idea that I installed foam brushes.
Arcadian Chemical modified a lot of those washes.
The roof trough was one of those modifications. If you want to consider upgrading, check out the second post in the following link. A nice, tidy setup. The "L" shape makes servicing easier than the "U" shaped trough.

I know Pascal. He was indeed a USAir pilot based in PHL.
There was another wash in the Wilkes-Barre area that was originally a Super Wash. It was built by another USAir Pilot named Narcy. You know anything about him?
