WW 2.0 triple shine coating comes out stronger on one side than the other.

Thats the best set up imo. If you hop on top of the machine you will see some plastic tubes about 10" long. Trace back the tri foam hoses to figure out which tube is for the tri foam and disconnect the tube. This is the foamer which has either a plastic or steel mesh inside. Give it a good...

Sound like you have either a blockage or a kink in the pipe! Do you have just a long side pipe for the tri foam ir hockey puck nozzles?

    touchless cost per wash

I am guessing the 0.10 per wash is for friction. Do you know your touchless cost Mac?

Cash or cashless for unattended wash?

Good question. I am looking at a pay by phone app with licence plate recognition and love the idea of the security risks and maintenance of handling cash being wiped out by going phone app/cc only.

    New touchless Automatic

I would love to see the Razor with either independent soap or wheel brushes. That would be a major improvement!

    Ryko Softgloss Sound (Db) Measurement?

you can get a pretty accurate app for your phone that can do this if you visit a site with a softgloss. I used this once whilst an expert was measuring the sound of a truck wash. My free app results were within 2 db of the experts results with his expensive sound gear

    Anyone here from BeNeLux?

I am in Ireland and the UK with washes but have mainly U.S touchless machines. The equipment is more expensive but far more well built in my opinion. I have never seen a good touchless wash made in Europe. For spare parts I find sparetech in France pretty good. www.sparetech.eu. I think in...

WW2.0 Drive Motor Has Tripped out

Could be a drive bearing collapsing and seizing, or gearbox seizing or the motor. You will need to split them all to know!

WW2.0 Drive Motor Has Tripped out

I personally would raise up the machine on blocks then run the motors one at a time. (Disconnect the motors at the vfd) You may find the outer casing of the suspect motor is corroded. Then replace the bad one. You may want to separate the motor from the gearbox also and try to turn the gearbox...

What is the effect of cold weather on stored chemicals?

Im with Earl on this. I wouldn't use the presoak on the auto, but would agitate the rest and if the products have not separated, then give them a try.

    WW2.0 Lubrication

I grease monthly and that seems perfectly fine. Most bearings are sealed so you are only greasing the bearing housing!
