Connect 24v hot direct to your rotary switch and bypass the timer for your free Saturday. Careful with that though, could cause damage to pumps if someone leaves them running without using for long periods
Maybe that budding entrepreneur needs to market her product to car washes, would make a good side hustle to teach her the basics of entrepreneur business
Hard to tell from pictures, but I have an older mark vii pump stand and there is a separate solenoid for rinse water and water for HP soap and HP wax. Would check that water inlet solenoid for HP rinse for function and make sure it's not clogged. Allowing water flow to pump inlet.
Maybe try a nut splitter tool if you can get it in there. If the nut is spinning and not loosening and the stud isn't spinning, sounds like your threads maybe messed up
Is the whole stud spinning with the nut? What tool are you using to try to remove - some of my nut drivers wouldn't grab that nut with the stud that long?
Wowza that is one expensive piece of plastic! Reminds me of Hydraflex plastic prices! Their plastic must be some of the most rare plastic in the world!
I would never give out free vacs at a SS for everyone due to the increased trash and riff raff it would bring. We try to get rid of that, and this would have the exact opposite effect
We did a free vac token for IBA customers at one of our sites as a test. Didn't really move the needle on total...
We have used https://www.signsdirect.com for a lot of signs (never posters), they make custom sizes. We've always received good quality and quick turnaround.
