Yes. I filled a 5 gallon bucket and it was strong the whole time. Not scientific as a test, but the water was uncontrollably strong with no change during the duration it was won. Washworls insists it has to be the solenoid, but it can't be. Has to be something else causing the restriction...

I did check the flow before the solenoid and it was string. If a restriction, why would it work for a few seconds at high flow before slowing down? I never considered the softener. I'll switch the other tank to active and see if the issue remains.

They do not come with contactors, you have to buy your own. I installed mine without motor starters and it works just fine. Spoke to Diskin first and they said I could run them without them.

I'm pretty sure I just had to connect the power and common wires for the tap plus. Then you have to chat with support and provide them the device ID of the tap plus and the swiper and they can combine the two so that they work together. Then you push the swiper button to end the transaction...

You can configure in the dashboard. Once you connect the new swiper, just wait a few minutes for it to show up online, then configure it. On the rebuilt swiper, you use red if using count down and blue if count up. You will only use one of the two.

We installed one on a PDQ Tandem. It wasn't bad to connect once I looked at the schematics. I would assume the Surfline is the same setup. We just replaced our Tandem and I think we still have the node we used to connect the Portal. I can sell it to you if you would like.

You have a bad check valve. Just look above in that bay and replace it.
