For whatever it’s worth, I was able to find the photos of my brushes from several years ago when I had the same problem. These photos clearly show plenty of brush length left, so it was obviously a manufacturing problem which sounds like is still an issue.
I also have the same problem but not quite that bad. I contacted Erie a few years back about this exact issue and they replaced a few brush heads for me under warranty but not without a bit of a fight. They also claimed they were changing their manufacturing process to avoid these issues but I...
What location is this in? Surprised it pencils at 12% interest with a 15 year loan. Those are very high monthly payments. Is there any room for improvements? Can you add any functions or increase price or do anything else to add value? Guessing at these numbers it’s already pretty maxed out.
Yes I do use their guns, mainly because I bought a bunch and still have some left. Once they run out though I plan to switch to the air logic nozzles. Haven’t had a problem with any of the 3 phase motors at all.
I have both. If the single motor three phase is an option, do that for sure. The three small motors is a giant pain. Literally today I was climbing on the roof to replace one of the motors. I have 5 bays so that’s 15 motors and I seem to have to replace one every month or so. I change the...

FWIW, mine are set to around 3,000 gallons, with around 15 grains hard.
I was finally able to make this work! Got a 5V relay and the Yolink sensors and hub mentioned earlier and hooked it all up and it works great. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who helped!
I still haven’t quite figured out what parts I need to make this work, and this weekend both of my changers went down at the same time so I would really like to get this working. Appreciate any help!
Here is the description from the Rowe changer manual of the service light:
“The OUT OF SERVICE...
Thanks! I’m not so good with this sort of thing - could someone point me to a relay that would work for this? And how exactly I need to wire everything up? Appreciate it!
It would be nice to get an alert if a change machine goes out of order (service light comes on). Since the service light is powered by a signal wire I am sure it’s possible to connect it to some sort of device that could then send me an alert. Anyone done this? Appreciate any ideas.
It actually will fit into the IDX frame but you have to unscrew the screw that holds the bottom of the frame together, and slightly bend it down. It’s a much better frame than the plastic junk that the Microcoin acceptor comes with.
Go sit across the street for an hour or two and count cars. Go on a weekday, go on a weekend. You’ll get a rough idea. Of course weather plays a big part too though.
The water bill idea will help but the problem is that not all water is directly used on cars. Water is also used for:
- weep in...
