I just installed the air shamee II and noticed the same issue with the higher amps and the pressure blowing off the hose. I used gorilla tape and better clamps and got the hose to stop blowing off.
Now for the high amps, has anyone tried using a Kunkle pressure relief or a VFD?
I tried the air...
Which vac manufacturer? In mine the lights are wired independently from the vacs, so i would check for a breaker tripped or damaged wire somewhere that killed the lights but didn't affect the vac.
From Cryptopay, below.
In summary if you have Cryptopay and Dixmor timer, they can talk to each other and "Cancel" the transaction if not approved. The bay will start and shutdown in 15 sec if no connection.
It only works with Dixmor since Cryptopay and Dixmor can "talk" to each other. It...
I just had the same issue. The led matrices burned out. I ordered a new set and they burned out again within a week. The voltage regulator goes bad on those boards. You can tweak and adjust it, but it is simpler just to replace with a dixmor unit. Get the one with the brackets if you order from...
Anyone using the Elektrim motors for a few years for their dryers would like to share the experience?
I have been using the standard cast iron motors and they obviously eventually corrode and get damaged from all the moisture and short cycling.
Elektrim has this aluminum motor with stainless...
In mine the low pressure solenoid (recycle to tank) stays on. I hear it buzzing when the blowers come on. The unloader is plumbed to the suction, so it relives the pressure when the pump stops. What I noticed, in particular on the plastic cages on the discharge get eroded pretty good, its hard...
If Genesis/cryptopay would open their API and allow other companies to interface (remote start) with their system like Everwash can, it would be great.
We are in the final steps of restarting a 6 bays self service wash. The place is in a neighborhood that saw significant multifamily growth in the last few years, but had been shuttered for over 5 years due to ownership issues. The previous operator let it run down and then there were some family...
Just adding my 2 cents here since I had been following the thread for a while.
I tried Beacon Mobile, had some issues and moved on. Now I am working with WashCard and I am very pleased. Before I decided for WashCard I tried Coin4Less and wasn't too impressed with the customer service.
Just...
Did you ever figure it out?
I had similar problem.
Turns out there were a handful of things: unloader discharge was going back to tank, which increased the suction flow a lot and made the pump cavitate. The suction hose would have been ok for the normal flow, but the extra from from unloader was...
I had all the finances from the owner and I did a basic underwriting to see if it would cover the loan properly. Once that hurdle was over (with a nice margin) I did a very rough discounted cash flow for the business and compared to the multipliers. All numbers looked pretty good, despite the...
Any particular kind you recommend? I see a ton of cheap ones on Amazon. I'm always afraid to trust them and then they fail and I might find out too late..
Had this issue the other day. The springs in the unloader (paraplate) were badly rusted, and the walls inside the unloader itself (where the o-ring seals) were very dirty. These unloaders had been in service for a while, since before I purchased the wash, and I don't know how well they were...
Mine was a mix of using our 401K for down payment (ROBS) and SBA 504. The bank picked up 50%, SBA 30% and we put 20% down. We also had a 7(a) approved for repairs and upgrades, but turned out that we were able to cash flow everything the first year. We purchased the land with the business, it's...
