Hey Kimberly - I own 2 SS washes in Salem, Oregon. I read that you converted to dollar value tokens at your location. We currently use quarter value tokens and it's become cumbersome for my manager to sort/count and for customers to plug 16 tokens to start a bay. How has that conversion been for you and what process did you go through to convert acceptors, etc. to put it in place? Thanks for your input!
