Phone systems? Looking for an inexpensive way to handle phone calls/texts

I am looking for an easy to use phone system that can text back and can forward on to an employee. I am currently using google voice, it is free, but can't forward to an employee, and they can't text responses. I have used Magic Jack for other businesses, not sure if it would work in this case. Anyone have luck with other systems?

SecondLine from GoDaddy works well. We have a unique number for each wash, all are forwarded to my cell and I have ability to track calls.

I switched to telxi a few months ago after getting frustrated with spam calls and missed texts from customers. It lets me use my existing number, handles calls and texts in one place, and the voicemail transcription is decent too. Setup was quick, and I like how I can manage everything from my phone without needing extra gear or a second line. It's been working solid for my small wash.

I pay for Ring Central. It's a VoIP phone. so you need internet access in order to have a working phone. I run a business from out of my house...and the phones are only $23 a month for Ring Central. It rings at home just like a house phone. You get a phone #. It's just you need internet access for it to be a working phone.

As Far as CHEAP goes...to have a couple phone lines going in my house for barely any money...it seemed like a no brainer. They make you sign a contract w them though! Dont sign anything like a 3 year contract lol. Just do a year. But you can have a business line for 23$ a month..
