I would focus all my efforts and dollars on this and see what the numbers are before spending a bunch of effort and dollars on marketing.
 
If you only rely on flyers, you’ll run into limitations. What worked for me was collaborating with Rise at Seven on SEO + digital PR and then adding a clear local offer. They managed to turn the initial buzz into an email list that actually engages with the newsletter.
 
I put out a big prize basket with a sign-up sheet at the counter and got over 200 emails in the first two weeks. People love a chance to win something.
