low pressure function electric pump won't shutoff

I have 1980's D/H and/or DH/Ginsan equipment SS wash.

My low pressure tire cleaner pump station contains a solenoid bank (for a 5 bay SS), D/H 12 controller (part #77715) and an electric motor.

I arrived at the wash to find no bays powered on but the tire cleaner motor was running. No TC was coming out of the wands at the bays. I powered all bays and switched all the rotary dials to TC and then switched them to the off position. Motor still running. I flipped the breaker from on to off to back on to each bay. No change to motor. The only way to turn the motor off is to unplug it. Anybody got any insight or troubleshooting suggestions? TIA
 
OK here's what you do. Sit in your big boy chair, close your eyes and think about how it all works. I'll bet you come up with a defective 12 controller (part #77715) and probably a bad pump head. Get out your voltmeter and start checking the voltage. I'd look at the big black relay on the controller, after a couple of hard pops

Thanks for the troubleshooting advice, aside from the jackassery attitude. Not everyone is as smart as you.
 
eh, we can be kinda salty here to each other, don't take it personal.

What kind of pump is this? Is this a procon style motor that only runs when someone selects tire cleaner or is this an old system with bladder tank by any chance? If the former, the controller is likely the culprit. If the latter, you could have a bad pressure switch on the motor
