Car wash insurance annual premium?

Curious on what others are paying for annual premium? I have a 6 bay self service with 2IBAs and central vacuums. About 400k in revenue and $2mil building and equipment. Paying $15k a year through liberty mutual plus liability and revenue replacement. I’m in Michigan. Curious what others are paying?
 
Are you using an insurance broker? That seems really high, but I'm in GA so your market could just have higher rates.
 
Building and equipment replacement is close to 2 million so (today’s price), plus liability and revenue replacement? I had it quoted by two brokers and both came in close..
 
Your area maybe high, I'm insuring for higher replacement cost, liability, higher revenue replacement, and workers comp for 3 locations for less than that total.
 
Ok but are you at 1-5k, 5-10k? Who is your insurer? This quote was from liberty mutual, also both brokers came back with liberty mutual.

Two brokers I used both came back with liberty mutual…
 
I'll send you the info of the broker I use to see if she can help you, not sure if she works in Michigan.
