One of our sites has a good amount of land that I am considering one of the prefab buildings or having a local carpenter frame a small building. I’m not looking to convert a self serve bay at this time.
It’s a fairly busy site in a city that there are no pre existing self serve dog washes.
Is the volume/income there with them? I’m assuming it’s a lot of hair clean up, shit and piss. But maybe worth it in end?
