I finally got a Portal Ti, but need some help.

Bought a portal "refurbished" from a local distributor for a decent price and opted to self install to save the almost $2000 they wanted to put in in. Got it all in and wired with no problems went through most of the setup stuff and it is working great minus the credit card/modem stuff which I will have them do.
My only problem now is that the coin dispenser dumps like $6 worth of quarters anytime I try to get change for a dollar or even a quarter. The manual says to go into Coin Dispenser Setup to adjust values but I have looked through every menu in the interface and I can't find anything to adjust it. I'm hoping someone familiar with these machines could point me in the right direction.

Have you tried calling the distributor you bought it from? Refurbished is a loosely used word that is defined differently by who you ask and what they mean by it. Some people think putting decals on a machine considers it refurbished.
 
I will give them a call on Monday to setup the credit card stuff, I was just hoping to get it operational on cash for the weekend. The system is fairly intuitive but it just driving me nuts that I can't find where it adjust it and the manual doesn't really say where to go. Worst case scenario I just set exact change for Sunday.
 
We have a Portal TI, we optioned it to dispense dollar bills only as it was much more headache free then using the quarter dispensing option. We still have the machine accept quarters, but not dispense them.
