Hahaha it might be time to retire that one then. All my vending machines are all the same. The bottom two trays are for air fresheners. 6 can fit on each tray and spirals are 38 count. The top tray I put two rows of black ice and new car because they sell most. The rest of the air fresheners are all single rows of 38. I was suprised how well the cotton candy sells. Maybe give it a try.

I just realized that actually we only sold 11 True North trees so I guess New Car is not the slowest right now.

Black Ice, New Car, Vanillaroma, Coconut, Wild Cherry. I replaced Coconut with Caribbean Collada in the last 5 days as i had plenty of inventory remaining since KR discontinued it, so i cannot tell how well that is doing yet.
