How to make a Dixmor led 7 run continuously

Connect 24v hot direct to your rotary switch and bypass the timer for your free Saturday. Careful with that though, could cause damage to pumps if someone leaves them running without using for long periods

My solution(s):
*Hand out free tokens.
*Make the wash cost a quarter for X amount of time and hand out free quarters.
*Be on site with your remote.

Keno makes an excellent point with the equipment running continuously.

I sponsored a couple of Boy Scout charity car washes at my car wash. I gave them clean up tokens that we use to wash out the bays and test the vacuums, it worked out fine. I wouldn't jumper around the timer and have the pump run constantly, you'll run the risk of damaging the pump.

I have a switch in the engine room that jumps 24v straight to the rotary switch. Was original and could be used here if you have an off function on your rotary.

Having a free wash Saturday wondering how I can run my timers continuously
Please tell me you have a way to capture customer info for this event. Don’t just give away your services without at least an exchange of information. This way you can market to them later. 😉

I get your point but personally if somebody wants my contact info for a $5 freebie, the price is too high.
I treasure my anonymity.

I hear you. But a HUGE miss in opportunity.
The play is to draw in folks to the site.
Perfect opportunity to start building a long term relationship.
Any relationship starts with an introduction.

Unless you plan to sell their data, you are really just asking to move the relationship a bit further.

In fact if they are just there for the free wash then likely not the customer you want long term.
The only reason to offer such a promotion is to grow the business.
How will you know if they come back?
Which is the only true measure to know if the campaign was worth the cost.

Not necessarily. I’ve been in business for a long time and I give away free washes at all locations few times a year. I do it as a customer appreciation day. It’s not to grow my business but as a thank you to my loyal customers. Some I’ve had as long as 15 years.
