Serious timing issues, need help

A few days ago our Tunnelwatch PC needed replaced, after the instal and data transfer wash would function but timing is seriosly off and 3 functions arent working.
The setup:
This site runs DRB, Bellinger conveyor, and we run normally on simulated pulse.
The timing issues get worse the farther in the tunnel you go. Wheel blasters domt follow the wheel but they do come on. Rinses towards the emd of the tunnel come on way early amd end early, blowers are doing the dame. Im fairly new in the indusrty and i havent come arcross this before.
Things that ive looked at:
*Changed chain speed (to get semi close to a decent wash)
*New tire switch installed 2 weeks ago and i can see its working in TCS
*TCS all fuses are good, Relay card seems to be working fine
*Functions are turned on in Tunnelwatch amd it appears that all data transfered correctly.
Ill take any suggestions.

Hello ,you must fix you real pulse, do not use simulated pulse at all.(Only in emergency use when your pulse fail). what type pulse do you have hydraulic or connected to chain sprocket.? If you have hydraulic, your ratio pulse will be changed with conveyor speed and will be mess with your settings. if you have on the sprocket the speed of the conveyor not will be affecting setting at all.

I can only guess that the new PC had a different parameter specified for distance of functions from gate switch and / or from each other. So for stuff coming on early the distance would be moved further from the gate switch. For non working items you would have to see set up for those items.

Your simulated pulse speed from the old PC didn't transfer to the new PC (or, you aren't in simulated pulse anymore and need to either fix/remeasure the pulse or turn simulated pulse back on). If you are on TunnelWatch 4 or 5, on the Operations page there is a way to change the simulated pulse speed to match your actual conveyor speed. Since everything is turning on too early, you need to reduce the simulated pulse speed. If you measure how many feet the conveyor travels in 10 seconds, and divide that number by 10, you can set the simulated pulse speed to match that number and should get you close and you can fine-tune it from there.

But, as mentioned above, you really should run on the actual pulse so that everything turns on and off at the right time regardless of conveyor speed, etc. Is there a reason you aren't running on the actual pulse?
