Over the years we would occasionally get something new to try. A new drying agent one year, a new pre soak the next etc.
This last 10 months have been a chore!!!!
As I have stated on several threads on this forum, we began testing new pre soaks last May. Shortly after that I started to prepare for new menus and price changes.
Then another product arrived in Prizm ceramic tri foam. Then graphene, and so we worked with those. Delaying the menus.
More testing of application methods, product sequence, speed, pressures, and a little farmer engineering on the Razor.
Yesterday, 9 months and 26 days later we are done.
Signs are here and we are ready to proceed.
I looked at my wife and said
“Do you realize that we went from 7 products to 6 and that only 1 of them was here on the Razor 10 months ago!”
“And our cost per car is slightly less than what it was before we started all this.”
I am truly amazed at the recent advances in the chemical quality and its ability to preform in a touchless unit.
