Maybe I need new clubs
Where your spot free rinse connects to the bay supply hose there will be a check valve. Fix or repair the one that's not "checking".

A couple of things about these Procon pumps:
- When it comes time to replace the pump, you'll find the model number on a sticker on what is the bottom of this pump (yellow arrow). We can order replacements for you but it greatly simplifies the process if we know what pump you have.
- Did you know you can adjust your pump pressure with the screw under the acorn nut (blue circle)?
- Never, ever, never run these pumps dry. They self destruct in very short order.

As CB80 mentioned most systems run spot free out its' own line and tees into a bay manifold above the bay near the boom. There should be a check valve there on one of the bays that is not working. You could also put a check valve on the line between the pump and the solenoid manifold.
I’m getting soap in my big spot free tank and am trying to figure out how it’s getting there
….. Hi Greg where would you put the check valve on the pump , could you show me on this picture ?

The check valve should be on the permeate (RO water tube) AFTER it comes out of the membrane, before it tees into any other tubes/pipes.

Your picture is the SFR Repressurization (delivery) pump.
The outlet of the pump supplies SFR water from the “big tank” to the individual bay solenoid valves.
The outlet of each solenoid valve supplies SFR water to the bays.
The hose or tubing from each solenoid valve likely connects to a manifold located above the bay. The manifold connects the SFR low pressure hose to the high pressure hose.
To prevent high pressure soap/rinse/wax from flowing back down the SFR hose (and eventually into the big water tank , a high pressure check valve must be installed.
So, follow the low pressure line from the SFR solenoid valve to the bay. Where it connects to the high pressure line is where the check valve is likely located.
To troubleshoot:
Disconnect the SFR hoses (one at a time) from the SFR solenoid valve and turn on a high-pressure function for each bay. If water flows out of disconnected hose, that bay’s check valve has failed.
