Conversion of a SS carwash to mini storage

We decided to convert a 5 bay SS location into various sized storage facility. The 5 bays have three walls so we are adding wind resistant roll up doors to each bay and then looking at making a pad for some shipping containers that have been cut up into various mini storage sizes.

Any self storage software management recommendations? There are too many options available.

Anyone have good resources for us to view for ideas and forms for a self storage business. I am using Google too but thought I would check in with folks here. Thx
