    CAT Pump Valves

Thanks Greg. Where can I get the "one free head" replacement? Is that directly from CAT?

    CAT Pump Valves

Thanks. Any idea what part number is to get the only the o-rings and teflon backups?

    CAT Pump Valves

I had a CAT pump with relatively low pressure. Since I am new to this, I figured I would start with replacing the valves. Replaced all 3 inlet valves and 3 outlet valves. All that seems to have fixed the problem. Pump is creating good pressure. However, is there anything that can be salved...

    Procon Pump Question

Thanks everyone. Closing this one up. I was able to diagnose the product valve that was not opening, and so no product was coming down (the gravity fed path) to the pump. I replaced the valve and now the product is flowing to the pump and it is still pumping. As always, appreciate everyone here...

    Cat310 Pump Pressure Adjustment

Another n00bie question. I would like to adjust the pressure on the output of this CAT pump. Do I turn the brass on top of the pressure regulator? Do I do this while the pump is running and then watch the pressure on the gauge? Picture below.

    Procon Pump Question

And another new issue popping up for me. I have a procon pump for the triple-foam. However, when the pump fires up (and is humming), I have nothing that is coming out of the pump side. I checked the input lines (the three colors) and they are pretty dry too. My question is: - Does the Procon...

    Coleman Product Selection Issue

I appreciate you guys not getting tired of me (yet). I have my multi-meter and it shows 24v when I put it the leads on the yellow cable and green (ground) - in the picture. Should I also be getting 24v on the white cable and the ground at the same time? (I think this is 24V AC if I am not...

    Coleman Product Selection Issue

It continues. I replaced the fuse, but I think the problem is with my solenoids. That is, I can now see pressure build up on the gauge when the pump runs - which is good. However, I don't have any product coming out the solenoids. (I only tested two). The good news is that the multi-meter...

    Coleman Product Selection Issue

10 amp fuse? So perhaps the issue is that I am reloading it with a 5amp fuse instead?

    Coleman Product Selection Issue

I have finally made some progress on this. - Figured out that product was not coming out. - Replaced the product pressure regular. Now when I fire up the pump, the product comes out (good news) - however, after a couple of times, the fuse will pop. Picture attached below. Is a popping fuse...

How Do You Prevent and Handle Property Damage at Your Locations?

    Flojet Conversion

Ah good point. I had not thought about the solenoid getting stuck open.

    Flojet Conversion

I have read a bit about flojet pumps and it looks like some folks use these to convert existing low-pressure pumps to flojets? For example, things like tire cleaner, foam brush, pre-soak, etc. My question is: - It looks like Flojet is an airpump - i.e. I draw air from my compressor to power...

    Belt Drive Removal

Thanks guys. Was able to do exactly as you said ... - First WD40'ed the heck out of the old motor. - Let it sit for 4 hours. - Inserted the screws and gently had them go through. - Pushed the disc back and released the sheave. Only thing I am stuck on now is getting the little shank off of...

    Belt Drive Removal

Looking for some help to get the belt drive (the disc, the thing that the belt runs on) off the shaft of the motor. I attached pictures below (and don't ask me about the condition of the motor ... I blame previous owner). I have a new motor and I need to get the belt piece off and ideally...
