What concentration are you using on Bead Up?

Might have not said this correctly. We don't need someone to do our scheduling, just a service to track employees and schedules. We have used Here's Your Schedule and When 2 Work, but they are cost prohibitive.

Scheduling is one of our toughest tasks. Anyone use any online service they recommend and is not too expensive?

How do these numbers work with an EE?

That's what we are going to try. And I did sink my tape switch in the ground. Really helped.

Has anyone had any issues with cars coasting? that is a roller pushes the car and a car goes forward 2 to 3 feet and then the roller has to take time to catch up. what causes this and what have you done to prevent it.

We have Peco side washers that the cloth and possibly cores are in need of replacing. Any suggestions besides oem?

Anyone have any experience with the Sonnys "Duck Bill" dryer nozzle that attaches two dryers together. Did not know if that would help make one wide pass on top of car.

Could this be done with just one top brush?

Unless seen from outside, wouldn't a customers view be blocked by foam and soap?

Couple of questions. What if you only have one top brush and why so many solenoids. We put a release valve on the exit air from top brush so it comes down smoothly.

Robert, thank you for your input. To address your points: Noise is not a factor at all. We have excessive mist for a lot of the reasons you state. Poorly designed, probably, but can't change that now. We have no ventilation, our medium pressure rinse is after wraps, before mitters. Drying agent...

Did you ever get this done? We are wanting to build a mist wall also, and are looking for ideas. How far from drier inlets should the wall be. We have a tall (16 foot ceiling) Should wall go that high. Thanks.
