    CustomKraft Float assembly

I mean I could...but where's the fun in that?! No, in all honesty calling my distributor will be the next step, I just wasn't sure if it's a universally available part at a cheaper price, or if this is proprietary to Custom Kraft. I'm just getting into my car wash career, so right now my money...

    CustomKraft Float assembly

I am looking for this float assembly on my customkraft. It has two wires on it that go back to a junction box which I assume tell the solenoid when to open/close. I checked Kleen-Rite and was unable to find it. Anyone know where I can get this? Also on that note, it seems like CustomKraft is...

    Washworld Razor LP Pump pressure?

Roz, Also, I am using the arch on LP1, LP2, and HP Rinse. All other functions are using the flex. Until recently I was doing my spot free with the arch, but I changed to using the flex and slowing the speed down, it seems to perform the same function without as much time spent or wear and tear...

    Washworld Razor LP Pump pressure?

Roz/ShinePro, Thank you for the suggestions! I am confident that I am adjusting the correct regulator, it is the smaller one on the 9-hole manifold fed by the LP pump. The other two larger ones adjust the HP pump and conservation pressure, I have replaced those recently as well and was able to...

    Washworld Razor LP Pump pressure?

I replaced the bypass regulator on the manifold, and went from all the way open, to all the way closed using a wrench, but it didn't affect the pressure gauge on the manifold at all - is this what you are referring to Roz? Is there some sort of adjustment on the booster pump itself? Also, Roz...

    Washworld Razor LP Pump pressure?

Oh also, it appears that the Sta-Rite pump is special ordered by WW, so I can't buy an overhaul kit, only purchase a brand new pump. Was thinking of going with this Goulds pump as a replacement, any thoughts...

    Washworld Razor LP Pump pressure?

I have a Washworld Razor High Velocity. The WW manual says that LP1 and LP2 should be putting out 200 PSIG, but my low pressure pump is only putting out 120 PSIG. I replaced the gauge on the manifold hoping it was faulty, but still read 120 PSIG with a new gauge. I tend to have a slight film...

    Help with Sta-Rite Pump

Thanks Waxman. How did you determine you needed to change out your pump? For me, I have replaced regulators and inlet pressure is ~60 PSIG, but I can't get above 120 PSIG on my manifold. The WW manual says that LP1 and LP2 should be 200 PSIG, so I assume that my impellers are likely worn out...

    Help with Sta-Rite Pump

Has anyone ever found a place to buy an overhaul kit for this pump? I'm usually pretty good at finding what I need on the internet, but coming up short on this one....

    Anyone ever switched membership platforms?

It went well! We spoke about their services and it seemed promising. We are just discussing our various options and what direction to head in.

    Anyone ever switched membership platforms?

All very valid points, thanks for sharing your knowledge. I do have a call scheduled with touch4wash to learn more about their offerings.

    Anyone ever switched membership platforms?

Thanks for the reply AnalyticWash, Dencar is definitely at the top of my list, the price tag is scary though! I can only imagine how big of a pain it would be if I decided to switch platforms 3-5 years down the road, and I would probably lose some customers in the process.

    Anyone ever switched membership platforms?

Hi all, not sure if this is the right forum, or if General Discussion is the right forum. But curious if any one has ever switched their customers from one platform to the other, and how that went? I am looking at Everwash, Dencar and Hamilton right now, Everwash is the most economical option...

    Washworld Razor 3 -- Fault code 77/78??

Thank you Chevyguy09, I will just change out the prox switches this weekend and use a scotch-brite pad to shine up the flags so it senses it better. I will keep you all posted on the VFD faults as well, hopefully it helps someone in the future. By the way, I like your tag-name, here is a photo...

    Washworld Razor 3 -- Fault code 77/78??

All, I have an intermittent problem with my Washworld Razor 3 where it faults out on the driver's side and I get a fault 77 or 78 followed by a fault 39 (wash out of service for 15 minutes). The fault 39 requires someone to go onsite and reset the position of the arch and then reset the machine...
