You don't think you could make it on 300cpd @ $15/avg? That's $135,000/mo! $1.6mil a year on 300cpd! Your example would be $6.6 mil a year

All of this advice is Spot On. Do what they say & you'll get it figured out. May literally take a couple days & several hrs.

first hose 44k washes (new hp hose from WW is about $750 + shipping). 2nd cheap hose lasted 27k washes ($180). Just installed 3rd hose & was about $165. NOt sure how long it will last. But I ain't paying nearly $1000 for a hp hose. Looks like WW hose is about 5x as much as getting one done...

I'm not sure, but here are my 3 choices: 1. Keep it exactly how it is, & make sure I collect those 24 swipes each day x $14.80. This assures I don't lose $120,000 + per year on 2 sites! 2. After quitting my job of 34 years (9mos before retirement), I can Go to the wash & ask each swipe customer...

I added Cryptopay Swipe & Tap about 4 mos ago, to my Razor Edge. This was a very busy site. I'm @ 70% CC usage. Of that 35% is swipe. Dang I am glad I didn't take the "swipe is stupid" advice.

30 washes per day isn't bad. Means it's obviously doing a good job. I have heard great things about XP & Typhoon. Only used each 1x. Was very impressed. However, I have no clue about the longevity. Sorry...

Dan Kam is correct. When I started , I was so tight & cash strapped I couldn't make any money. After learning the hard way for a couple yrs, I now realize.... u gotta spend $$ to make 💰💰. Buy an iBA that is a lil nicer than you can afford. Get ALL the bells & whistles & add an LED light show...

Danny, I'd rather everyone think I've always been a carwash guru. Ha. But dang, you're right. Those first couple yrs I got taken to the cleaners, hoodwinked, bamboozled! You, & a few others, tried to gimme advice, but all I could do was poor pitiful me.

Dang dude. 7500 & ZERO competition doesn't sound believable. I'd get an Oasis Typhoon, Petit or Wash World Double Barrel & add all bells & whistles + as nice an LED light show as you can! As good as you're gonna do, you need to buy top of the line. Not a dang bottom basement XR7. Restaurants...

We switched to McClean, & their PreSoaks work like a son0fAgun! Best PreSoaks I've ever used.! Their other stuff is good to, but PS is stupid good. To me, Simoniz PS is below avg. A few guys on here like it. Some of Simoniz is good, though.
