I can not tell from the video for sure, it looks like your nozzle is aimed towards the exit of the wash. I tried this for a couple days then went back. I personally would flip the nozzle so it would blow water up and over the windshield.
@Diamond Wash
ChemQuest Chem-Brite Aluminum Brightner. Works fantastic on PVC walls and cleans arches up real nice. But the equipment has years of **** baked on. I have recomended this stuff to other washes. I stand by it.
I have seen operators re-paint their arches/gantries and it looked very nice!
But I question how to do it properly so that the paint lasts longer before it starts wearing away.
I have used HF based aluminum brightener on the equipment and even sanded the aluminum before, its far too tedious...
Thank you. I figured as much.
We switched from an omni to a flat fan arch and I am playing with the idea of adding high pressure to my extra pump that's only used for undercarriage. Only 6 flat fan 45 degree nozzles. Considering a rocker and mirror blaster.

Hello
I am asking to see if anybody can provide me with formulas and specifications regarding optimal pressure for various types of manifolds.
In depth is what I am asking is
1) How does a given pressure and GPM ratios via type of pump allow for number of nozzle output
2) How much pressure is...
Are you using any high pressure equipment?
High pressure helps as a bandaid for stuff missed on top cleaning equipment.
I have very little expirence with top brushes, but like earl said about retracts there is mild risk to be accounted for with using them. The wash that I have expirence with...
So I have been with this new wash for a short while and I'm trying to figure out exactly what the issue is and why they retract there wraps as much as they do. Obviously there is not a strait answer to this problem and the only way to find out is to experiment.
However they retract the wraps...
