just purchased a brand new timer, hooked my 24 volt transformer to #2 & #3, jumper from #2-#5. I still get a reading on my meter of 27 volts on #3 to #5 & #3 to #6 with the timer not running. I thought #6 load is only suppose to have voltage when the timer is running. Someone please help, thank you.
