HAHAHAHAH that's a good one Mac... yea there's never been a discussion on here about a problem with cleaning on a friction machine. Your head must be inserted someplace dark... LOL

    PDQ 360 plumbing?

Are you asking where on the machine it gets plumbed in?

    Adding IBA to SS

I just converted one of my SS bays to a Touch free. My only regret was that I didn't convert two bays. I had to extend my bay walls, pour concrete and bring in more power. Because of all the construction costs I found a good used machine to install. It's brought me a completely different...

Need to talk to a Coleman Tech willing to pay for your time!!!

If I'm understanding you correctly Mep001, that is how it's currently plumbed, same place as the wax and soap.

You assume correctly Greg. Medium pressure presoak teed into same place as soap & wax.

Yep it's all original Coleman layout except I took out the concentration tank and just run pails. No wall mounted tanks. I'm only having the issue with the PS that I can tell. if the others are having the issue it's very minimal. Here's the thing about that.... I replaced the PS manifold block...

no cavitation issues. The supply poly going from the PS manifold into the HP lines are clear and the PS fluid is bright purple so I can see which bays are backing up. Thing is, it's completely random. I think... if miltiple bays are on, water pressure drops enough and it's not doing it??? Is...

Almost 5 years in now and I'm still shocked how some of these companies stay in business. The bar for customer service seems to be on the floor in this industry. At least in the SS/IBA segment I'm in.

I'll turn it down more tomorrow, it's at like 25 right now. Am I correct in my thinking that even if it dropped to zero PSI it wouldn't cavitate the pump, it would just pull hot water from the tank above? sort of related question... How do I tell if the check valves below the hot water tank...

Vinyl or Plastic Signage on paneling

I'm redoing the walls at one of my washes now with extrutec and I'm regretting drilling holes for signs. I don't have any feedback to give but I'm stealing your idea to try it! Thanks! :D

I give! I need to call in help. No techs in my area are able to diagnose this issue. Problem: 4 bay super saver when on rinse is backing up into the Presoak tank and on busy days over flowing it. when I took over the wash the PS was not functioning, I replaced the distribution manifold with a...

Weep vs Blow&Antifreeze - Elite Series SS Bay?

Following. Water is getting too expensive. I have a weepmizer, wondering about just hooking air to it and turning the open/close steps way down.

    SNC Replacement

I just replaced my SNC bay doors with all new doors & crypto pay swipers. Not happy at all with the supplier I went with. If I did it over, I would use Carolina Pride doors. I skipped the in bay bill acceptors. There are a few companies that had drop in doors at the last Vegas show. Be sure...
