Looking for some Superior Blower Parts, hoping maybe somebody has some mounting plates and hardware or maybe even a square Superior arch. Yes, I know they are old and out of business, but I still have 7 units (with steel impellers) in operation and just picked up 3 more from a carwash remodel...

We have a Faytech Outdoor Touch Terminal wrapped in plastic (as an extra precaution) for our tunnel. No issues to report. There are lots of screens available.

It's pretty much the same thing imo, we have Sonny's Log chain and its so heavy duty either option wouldn't do much damage.

I have removed the metal collar that's inside the rubber and they will fit. Looks like your old 1 had the collar removed already (pic).

We used to push 120/hr through our wash, however we used to manually prep each vehicle before they went through. Now a days they barely even spray the car so you might get more than 120.

Sonny's makes a retrofit system for DRB tunnels to use their pay stations. No experience with it but is an option.

Could be any number of things....no power, bad diaphragm, foot valve plugged, bullet valve plugged, siphon hose is cracked.

Anyone have any input on the new equipment to dry cars better, like the buff and dry system from Sonny's or Peco's shammy curtain or how about Hanna's Gleam Machine... Are customers excited by these additions to your wash? Assuming they are an added service, is it hard to upsell? Do you find...

I Agree.....We put in a 120' Sonny's low profile conveyor with the banana peel rails and log chain. Been a few years, and haven't had to do anything to it other than grease and tighten the chain. Love it!

We are using a 16 camera HD system from Lorex. We don't have them mounted on an arch per se but I do have 8 mounted on the walls in our prep area. We have the other 8 spread out down the tunnel. The system has paid for itself many times over in fighting damage claims.
