Yes, I think it is bent. You could try to bend it back upwards. Also, the spring nuts might need tightening. Do you have another overhead boom in the bay? If not, you probably don't need an offset boom.
We have two shampoo/fragrance/vac combo units and two fragrance/vac combo units. They all get used a lot, but I have noticed that people spend WAY more time on the shampoo. The fragrance gets used more often, but it is just for the last 20 or fewer seconds of their vacuuming cycle.
And the upload speed is usually a lot slower. We currently have 31 4K cameras (about to go to 38) with 300 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload at the wash, and it seems fine viewing remotely. If you have slow internet, you can lower the bit rate in your system to make the video smoother.

That does seem like a lot of pressure for a regular hose barb. I have noticed there are variances in the diameters of fittings and hoses within a nominal size. Some seem too loose, and some you have to heat to get onto the barb. Worm gear clamps can gaul and seize the screw before the clamp...
After looking at the original ones laying around that I took out over a year ago, I threw them away. Didn't even cross my mind that I could've had them replated.
