Don't think it's going to be a front or rear end prox causing the problem. If the front arms are not coming in when the wash gets to the front of the car, then that's the problem. See if the front arms do come in, if they do and the wash still shuts down then it's most likely one of the front...
I would say it's either a bad output on the PLC, or problem with the wiring. This is only assuming that there is water pressure to the valve. When you changed the valve did you do the valve and coil? Is it a 24volt coil? There is a brush wet down option F8, that will start the brushes...
Do you have reclaim or is it all fresh water. You should also have two valves on top of the wash, did you change the one with the 1" hose going into it?
No that prox will not work. Sonnys has them.

Or from kleen...
Sounds like you have a photo eye that is bad, You can start to disconnect wire 59 (brown wires) which come from each photo eye. Disconnect one at a time until the light goes out.
Sounds like the coin box interface inside the paystation is bad. Sometimes on power spikes the code a wash takes a hit, and loses it's programming for what type of paystaion it's connected to. This is a older paystation and a cbi, will be hard to come across.
Mac, Couple things. Is it for training and setup? Will you be new to ICS washconnect? There is alot to take in, however if it is just for training, then 3 days is a little much. 1-2 days would be just fine for training only..
