    Rewards Programs vs Monthly Membership Programs

    Monthly is the way to go. I look at a monthly membership service as rain insurance. If weather's bad, the rewards customers aren't going to come in.

    LW 4000

    I would look for another system to install. 4000's are junk. They can't reset themselves. Their dryers constantly break (and don't even think of doing a docking dryer - it'll be a disaster). Their computer systems are tempermental.

    That's my only problem with Kleen Rite. The website. I haven't had that bad of luck with it, but it can often take forever to load and change online orders.
