Can you guys recommend me a electrical engineer who could look at our drawings and tell us what would need to be changed to comply with US norms? I know your grid is 60 Hz but that's not an issue since all motors and pumps already support that and the valves and electronics run on 24 V. I think...
Yes it’s in Europe.
The time for wash can be decreased. Dwell time for the first two detergents is configurable and is set to 60 seconds. Drying can also be done in one pass.
We’ve run cars with racks and boxes through it and deals with it fine. Also pickups, though not american style like...
The carwash has been running for two weeks at about 40 cars a day.
Installation went pretty smooth, took 7 working days for 4 guys to do it, 2 of which didn't have any previous experience. We had installation manual and online support from manufacturer.
Here's a video of full wash cycle the...
Well they are not the most pretty sights but they are excellent locations for SS carwash. Insurance is compulsory so people tend to ring up if they break something, also police have pretty good resolution rate.
Vandalism is not a big issue here. In 15 years I've had couple of robbery attempts...
I will post pictures of equipment room. It's been busy and I don't have any atm. I will also do videos of full wash cycles in real time. As with everything, there is always something to learn and improve.
No problem, we can talk.
As anywehere in the world, location is key. In this part of Europe that was behind the iron curtain we have these soviet style housing estates comprised of concrete apartment building. These are prime locations because of the density of population without private...
Thought I share this interesting carwash. Basically a stainless fest. It's an 8 bay self service, very well designed by manufacturer, all hoses, cables, rain water drains are built in and hidden giving the carwash very clean look. The theme is continued also insight the equipment room which...
the rails are galvanized and powder coated steel. The frame of the machine, rotary unions, solenoid valves, hydraulic fittings and connections, all sorts of gearboxes and gears are all stainless. Servo drives, brakes and inverters are Siemens. PLCs are Siemens and Delta. All necessary cabling...
Overall yes, in fact we ordered another machine.
I would say the thing that needs improvement the most is drying. Otherwise the wash quality is good especially on Leisuwash SG model which has 2 side arms and separate horizontal arm with swivelling that closely follows the contour of the car.
I'm from Europe, we ordered and installed several carwashes from Leisuwash (SG model). The only thing I found that you can't source within the continent are, surprisingly, the Siemens PLC I/O modules. I've been told by Siemens that these are localised version for Chinese market. Other components...
