Why do my pics keep getting turned sideways?

The inside is completely empty on the changer, the part I have the pic of appears to be the hopper its laying on the floor next to it.

It has a hamilton with just a swiper on it, did not come with the razor. And yes i hear you about the sleeping im trying to save where i can at the moment. This is probaly not one of those times. Also doesnt seem like there are any that fit those dimensions.
