I'm seeing more and more card declines on my Portals and WSII's for "not scheduled". I was on the phone with tech support at DRB last week for another issue and asked about it. They said that DRB engineers were aware and know it's their issue. They are working on a fix. Is anyone else seeing...
It’s very frustrating. I used to work tech support for a telecom company. If a customer had an outage, it was priority 1. Nobody had any sense of urgency when I had the issue.
Had the same issue a couple weeks ago. Verizon changed something with how they process payment over the air is what I was told. I use Nayax and they were the ones that made a change and fixed it. If you have Nayax call them and have them lookup Lighthouse Car Wash and they may be able to see...
Transactions fine. Beacon mobile runs my app. This morning I am not able to activate any reader from MoMa now. Says machine not responding. Got a call into Beacon and Nayax.

Thanks,
Lighthouse

I know there has been a lot of posts on adding Nayax to a WS2. I'm curious if anyone has this kit installed and if they are happy with the operation.

I have a Razor from 2016 with a CAT 3535. Shows 100,000 washes. I noticed some oil on top of the pump about a week ago and thought the oil looked a little funky. I dumped the oil and refilled with CAT oil to the red dot. The old oil in the pan looked perfectly fine. Not milky or anything...
Unfortunately, I still struggle with the chemicals. Manufacturer recommended to put 2 tips on the injectors. Meaning screw one into the injector and then push one in the tube before pushing on the injector stem. I hate this because it's all just a guess. As mentioned above, I have started to...
