I highly recommend trying Synergy's newest products. Hph Dirtdevil, applied with Ignite, and lph Reaper. Dirtdevil works differently than Viper or Wildfire, hence needing to be in combo with Ignite. The results for us have been pretty remarkable.

I also use Synergy. Dirt devil with ignite then follow with Reaper. Really like it.

Omg, Just flagged incoming water and sewer lines today. $1500 for water and $50 a foot for sewer. Town cost shares water and sewer for new businesses but we are responsible for repairing concrete on street where sewer connects.

Yes, steel stud walls,vinyl siding and standard pitched roof. Concrete will cost close to 70k.

Location has a huge effect on costs to build. My son is in the middle of a new build. 1 inbay and 1 self service. Total cost will be under 500K. I will post some pics as we go. I will add that we are doing parts of it ourselves to save costs.

I had count up for years, went to 4 price selections on my Nayax for customers to choose the $ amount and time they want. I wouldn't go back. I offer more (bonus) time as they choose a higher price. No more calls telling me they forgot to turn to stop and received a max charge.

I like the in bay touchless. No employee problems, plenty of business and profit, and no bogus damage claims. As for self service there is still a good market in my area for it. Just installed a touchless unit for a customer in a town of 5500. 2 other in bays for competition. 1st couple months...

We use Nayax and really like them. My Vpos units are in the worst possible location in the self service bays, get wet with every use, and have worked great for several years. of course, I probably just jinxed them!
